Holy crap. This is another one of those projects where you think: "Hm. A helmet. That ought to be easy. It's just one thing, right?"

(It's Master Chief's helmet from Halo by the way, if you're wondering.) At least I know now that I CAN do "future-y" things, although I envy people who can just vacu-form stuff like this and slap it together...)
I have about 10 gigs of raw material for my How-To cosplay book series (covering everything from armor to props to casting, sculpting, etc...) I just haven't had any time to edit it and put it together. (I wish I could take a few months off and just work on finishing this book, but I just can't. I can't even spare the day off or so that I'd need to get used to my new glasses. Huff.)
